Message	The mod was discovered when a member here noticed the difference in wiring between the 90-94 and 95+ harness while troubleshooting a problem. Nissan changed the wiring from the factory to eliminate the voltage on when keyed off. The mod just mimics what Nissan chose to do in the latter years. Cheers, JBrobst
